The guys turned up apparently unaware of the full situation regarding third floor and no working lift but just got on with the job with no complaints and we're very polite.

having booked the council twice previously for 30 quid a pop only to have the pick up refused I couldn't bare to look at my old sofa any longer so I booked LITTA. Whole process was so easy, booked online, brilliant tracking and picked up quickly and efficiently. Will definitely use again.
